In a new episode the digital series Momsplaining, host Kristen Bell discussed exactly how she has been coping while being quarantined at home with her two daughters. And by the sounds of it, it’s not always easy.
“Today I am going to share with you some of the things that have helped me through this cuckoo-bananas crazy pants time,” she said. “Rosé… It’s Rosé.”
The Good Place actress explained that during this difficult time, she is super grateful for all essential workers, but most importantly, teachers.
“Of course, we’ve all come to know the two worst words in the English language – home schooling,” Bell joked.
Much like her Veronica Mars co-star Max Greenfield, Bell has also been documenting the trials and tribulations of homeschooling with her children. From their videos, we can tell you neither of them will be switching professions any time soon.
“Doing schoolwork with them, it is absolutely miserable,” the 39-year-old explained. “When we started this quarantine, the first math worksheet I gave my daughter, in all the answer lines, she wrote ‘no, no, no, no, no.’”
As much of hard work as it may be, it seems like her daughters appreciate their mom stepping up to the plate, as her seven-year-old left an adorable note next to her bed.

Last night I found this message next to my bed, left by my 7 yr old. ?????????????????????????
During the episode of Momsplaining, Bell also had a chance to catch up with new mom Ashley Graham to see how things have been going for her and her three-month-old son Isaac.
“We’re doing really good in this quarantine,” said Graham. “Everybody kind of has figured out their roles. We’re with my mom and we’re in Nebraska where I grew up.”
The pair then went on to play a game of questions which I’m sure all of us moms can relate to right now.
“When was the last time you showered?” Bell asked.
“Well I showered for you, but the biggest question here I think is, when’s the last time I brushed my teeth?” replied Graham.
Bell then asked Graham if she could imagine having 12 kids, as that’s how many her grandma had.
“I could see myself having a lot of kids, but Justin only really wants two,” said Graham.
Bell the replied with a hilarious but accurate statement, explaining that she once had big hopes and dreams to have a lot of kids as well, until she had some of her own.
“Then when they get here and you hear how much they talk, it’s like having all the radio stations on at one time.”
If you haven’t had a chance to check out Momsplaining yet, we highly recommend it! Kristen Bell has an amazing way of combining her hilarity with the truths we face daily as mothers, while ensuring us all that no matter what way you’re doing it, you’re doing a great job!
