More than a year after her miscarriage, Beverley Mitchell took to Instagram to share that she is expecting her third child.
The 39-year-old actress posted a photo holding her positive pregnancy test, with a caption to confirm the news. “We finally got our gold at the end of the rainbow!!!!” the caption read. “We are pregnant with our rainbow baby.”
“The road hasn’t always been easy but it is so worth it!” she wrote. “It has been far but scarier this time around but just got a great checkup so we are feeling lucky!”
In 2018, Mitchell revealed on her Growing Up Hollywood blog that she had suffered a miscarriage of twins. “This was a shock,” she explained. “Honestly, my first instinct was to say I was fine, and to be honest; I was trying to be. I thought I had to be, for my family, for myself.”
The 7th Heaven star shares two children, Hutton and Kenzie, with husband Michael Cameron, and they are ecstatic to welcome their newest edition. We wish them a huge congratulations and all the best!
